Our History

25 years of experience in professional recruitment

The Just Recruitment Group story began in 1983 with the opening of our first consultancy in Braintree, Essex. That consultancy, known as Key Personnel, was founded by Jenny Stoneman and Pauline Poole.

Under the management of Jacqueline Stoneman, who joined Key Personnel in Witham, Essex, as a filing clerk and became managing director in 1992, the company has gone from strength to strength.

In 1994 the company acquired Ipswich-based Select Recruitment, an ideal partner to Key Personnel. In 2003, the company opened an office in Warsaw, Poland, developing a very successful business recruiting skilled workers to fill vacancies in the UK.

The company rebranded as the Just Recruitment Group at the end of 2007. Under the Just Recruitment Group banner are not only the general recruitment consultancies known as Key Personnel and Select Recruitment, but also a number of specialist consultancies meeting the needs of specific industry and business sectors.

Careful attention to detail, uncompromising commitment to customer service and award-winning staff training and development programmes have seen the company grow and win clients across the east of England and well beyond. It is today one of the east of England’s leading independent consultancies with offices in Ipswich, Sudbury, Witham, Braintree and Warsaw.
