Accounts Administration Assistant required for a Just Recruitment client based in Halstead, Essex.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch
4 weeks holiday plus all bank holidays
- Assisting the Accounts Manager
- Inputting invoices and payments onto Sage
- Arranging deliveries/collections
- Ordering stationery
- Dealing with customer queries
- Managing and responding to Emails
Full training will be given but applicants must have experience working with Excel.
