Just Recruitment are looking to recruit a self-motivated and organised Accounts Administrator on behalf of an engineering supplier firm based in Sudbury, Suffolk
- Working Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
- 20 days holiday plus bank

Your role as the Accounts Administrator will to provide support to the small Accounts department, ensuring a smooth running of the Accounts and commercial side of the business.
- Sales ledger / Purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaising with customers on the telephone, resolving account queries
- Raise credit note requests
- Taking credit card payments
- Franking of post
- Any other tasks required from management
Due to members of the company working part time, you must be able to work alone and be trusted to continue working when other members of staff are not present.
