Our client based in Witham handles invoices for a worldwide brand and we are currently recruiting for a new addition to their team.
They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis working 8-4pm.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Handling around 2,000 invoices per month from 4,500 suppliers across Europe
• Sort and manage invoices i.e. by order, queries
• Entering invoices onto a bespoke system
• Liaise with accounts department at Head Office
• Processing orders
• Processing invoices
• Contacting suppliers regarding invoices queries
Hours of business: 0800 – 1600, Monday-Friday.
Holiday entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays.
