Our client based in Colchester is recruiting an Admin Assistant to join their team, our client is a growing insurance company. 

The Admin Assistant will be an integral part of a busy team and will provide a proactive, professional and high quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will come from an insurance background. 

Duties include: 

Providing admin support to the office and senior members of the team 
Making outbound calls 
Responsible for assisting with incoming calls 
Email correspondence 
Data Entry 
Updating in house database 
Filing 
Assisting with new business
