The Administration / Office Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administration and office support services to internal and external customers.
Duties will include:
•Developing and maintaining control logs and procedures.
•Checking and issuing audit reports and letters.
•Ensuring that internal and external customers’ requirements are satisfied in a professional manner consistent with the Quality Policy.
•Training new staff in planning/expenses.
•Organising staff meetings/events
•Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office programmes – Word, Access and Excel.
•Office hours 8.30am - 17.30pm
•1 hour lunch
•Smart casual dress code
•20 days holidays + Bank holidays
