Our client based in Maldon is looking for an Administrator to join their team. This role is 50% Finance Duties, 30% HR Duties and 20% Reception Duties.
Some of your duties will be processing invoices using Microsoft Dynamics AX, processing monthly credit card statements, reconciling account statements, processing staff absence and signing in visitors and supplying them badges.
Candidates must have:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Be used to working with people at different levels and different departments.
- A-C in Maths and English GCSE.
- A strong eye for detail.
