They are looking for a well organised and motivated individual to join their Ipswich team to provide administrative resource and customer service support. As well as organisational skills, applicants must be flexible and understand the need to work for the benefit of the team to meet our clients’ needs. Key responsibilities: 

  • providing secretarial resource to include typing; audio and copy, accounts and reports, PowerPoint presentations & tender documents, creating large mail merge;
  • binding accounts and presentations;
  • providing a proficient scanning resource, which encompasses a large part of this role;
  • reception duties to include: providing switchboard cover answering and diverting calls; answering overflow calls; helping prepare and clear meeting rooms for training, client meetings and lunches;
  • assisting with post room duties;
  • other administrative duties as required.
