- To ensure that service levels are met as per the business targets.
- Manage, motivate, develop and achieve optimum performance within the team, through best practice including the planning of resources, continual improvement processes and culture.
- Liaise with customers as required and promote the service offering with the support of the Customer Services and Sales team to potential customers.
- Be commercially aware of contracts and be able to improve and maximise contracts for increased business/revenue/profit.
- Identify new sales opportunities, to achieve and increase Sales turnover and gross profit.
- To devise and deliver customer business plan to maximise both customer and company growth.
- To proactively manage customer retention
- To maintain competitor awareness
- To maintain and develop knowledge of product offering
- Experienced leading and managing a team of people.
- Ideally has a background in a customer facing role in a B2B or retail environment.
- Proactive in driving results and delivering profitability
- Proven track record in sales
