The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well established company in the Ipswich area. 

Duties include: 

*Responsible for incoming calls 
*Assisting with customers queries 
*Updating in-house database
*Processing Sales Orders 
*Processing sales ledger 
*Updating invoices 
*Making outbound calls 
*Credit control duties 
*Posting cash payments on system 
*Confident user of Word & Excel
*Providing admin support to the director
*Assisting team with admin support when required

*Strong team player and flexibly in regards to working hours 

*M-F 8am - 5pm 
*1-hour lunch
