The Just Recruitment Group Ltd are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant for their client based in Tiverton, Devon.

Working as part of a busy Sales Office, the successful applicant will be providing a full range of administration and customer support to our clients, both domestically and worldwide. Full in-house training on our internal systems and procedures and ongoing mentoring will be provided for this interesting and varied role.

Focusing on:
? Responding to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
? Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries.
? Providing price and delivery information.
? Setting up new customer accounts.
? Processing orders and requests.
? Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Maintaining customer accounts.
? Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

Essentials:
? Excellent communication skills to include; interpersonal, verbal and written.
? Call handling and customer service skills.
? Problem analysis and problem solving.
? Accuracy and attention to detail.
? Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
? Strong I.T. skills including MS Office.
? Minimum 2-years office experience.

Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
1-hour for lunch each day.
35-hours per week. 

A degree of flexibility may be required as the Department is operational between 8.30am and 5.00pm, therefore you may also be required to work the hours of 8.30am – 4.30pm on a rotational basis.
