Our client is seeking a professional PA who is passionate about their job, to support the MD. 

You will be working for an award-winning company who are leaders in their industry. 

They are looking for someone who has had exposure in the following: 
• E-mail Communications 
• Recruitment 
• Personnel 
• Statistical Analysis 
• Training 
• Diary Management 

Also, the successful candidate will be capable of working on your own initiative within an organised environment. Produce well written, professional and grammatically correct correspondence. 

Have professional telephone manner and strong communication skills. Working knowledge of Audio is essential with a minimum speed of 50wpm. 

Ideally previous experience working with programs such as Sage, Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint with the creative flair, desire and ability to learn and embrace other software packages. 

Some previous working experience of basic HR functionality would be advantageous but not essential.
