Export Sales Administrator

The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Export Sales Administrator for their client based in Great Dunmow, Essex.

This is a varied role and will involve:

  • Sales order processing. Entering sales orders, checking prices and delivery schedules.
  • Customer liaison - UK and Overseas - telephone, e-mail, fax and letter.
  • Liaising internally with sales / production personnel.
  • Responsible for all administration of the companies repairs from quoting through to despatch.
  • Controlling IPR with regards to good being returned for repair.
  • Liaising with customers regarding free issue of parts due in.
  • Making sure that up to date technical drawings are filed.
  • Despatching (Administration) and invoicing and crediting.
  • Other duties to ensure the efficient running of the administration.
  • Assisting colleagues as and when necessary.

Training will be provided on in-house system but applicants will need to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. 

The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks as is a professional telephone manner are key requirements for this role. 

Suitable applicants will offer Export experience gained within a manufacturing / production environment. 

38 hour week - 8.00 am - 4.00 pm - Friday finish @ 3.45 pm.
