The Just Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a progressive and evolving financial services firm who are currently recruiting for a full or part-time Finance Assistant to assist their expanding finance team to be based in Ipswich.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced finance assistant seeking stability in a local firm.
You will liaise directly with the Finance Manager and report to the Finance Partner at our Ipswich office.
The Main Duties Will Be:
- Posting purchase ledger invoices and payments and produce monthly reconciliations.
- Post credit card statements.
- Carry out banking procedures and post lodgements and disbursements to our practice management software.
- Take credit/debit card payments by phone.
- Make payments by cheque and BACS.
- Maintain and record petty cash payments and receipts, reconciling on a weekly basis.
- Ad hoc reporting, administrative duties and data processing.
