The Just Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Finance Manager for our client based in Royston. The successful post holder will report directly to the General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable but continuously growing business, in a role within Senior Management,
The post holder will be responsible for the overall accounting, reporting and statutory compliance for our client This is a hands on role which will also cover the day to day activities associated with a small Finance Department such as payroll, purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, expenses, etc.
What we are looking for is someone with/who is:
• Ideally qualified to CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
• 3-5 years in a financial management position;
• In-depth knowledge and experience of UK GAAP;
• Commercially aware with an analytical mind and attention to detail;
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise and deal with a variety of daily issues/tasks;
• The ability to create, read, interpret and explain financial statements; and
• Strong computer skills along with experience with software finance model such as Oracle, JDE or NetSuite.
• To ensure that Company accounts are produced and in order;
• To manage cash flow and working capital;
• Preparing, collating and interpreting accurate financial information to deadlines;
• Accounts payable and credit control;
• Managing the outsourced payroll and associated tasks; and
• Cash and bank management.
In return, our client offers a competitive salary in the region of £30000-£40000 per annum plus benefits.
