Just Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Campaign Manager. As the Head of Campaign Planning you will work with multiple departments to co-ordinate the 
marketing planning cycle for seasonal campaigns and launches. You will play a key role working with department Heads to define marketing plans, and influence the delivery teams to implement them. You’ll help to create business briefs and turn them into integrated cross channel marketing plans, whilst demonstrating the desire to push marketing boundaries and continually improve results. 

You will have strong project management skills and be able to confidently run multiple campaigns, managing teams and individuals to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing campaigns throughout the year. You will be able to develop an understanding of campaign plans; schedules and desired outcomes, ensuring plans are delivered on time, in budget and convey our vision. 

You will need an understanding of online retail and the market place both in the UK and 
internationally. You should be process driven and have the ability to create, implement and follow processes to deliver a flawless customer experience. You'll also need superb communication and organisational skills to make sure we all have the right information at the right time. You will coordinate post-campaign reviews that enable the teams to continually learn and improve. 

- Develop and manage the marketing calendar, critical path for the business 
- Project manage all marketing campaigns to ensure deadlines and expectations are met 
- Forge solid working relationship across multiple internal teams, directing the development 
of plans and responses to briefs 
- Provide inspiring briefs to internal creative teams 
- Ensure creative and delivery teams have the clarity and time they need to 
- Organise regular strategic review meetings for all parties involved with marketing campaigns 
- Develop strategic recommendations to improve campaigns, based on customer data 
- Act as the key ‘go-to’ person for campaigns across all departments 

- Experience within a retail or marketing environment 
- Strong project management experience 
- Experience working in or alongside creative, marketing and merchandising teams 
- Good awareness of brand and creative development processes 
- Strong commercial awareness 
- Ability to assimilate analysis to develop campaign strategies 
- Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
