The MI Executive role involves working as a key member of the Operations Team within the outsourced service sector of the business, you will be working alongside colleagues to deliver a range of reports and data processes to a portfolio of high profile clients across various sectors.
Own and produce a wide range of client reporting and regular data communications
Assisting in bespoke application management to ensure that key business areas have the relevant tools to operate effectively and deliver the Management Information (M.I.) required.
Working alongside members of the Operations and Account Management Teams in order to ensure all M.I. reporting and data requirements are produced as efficiently as possible, delivered on time,accurately and in line with client specifications
Analysis of service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Identify more effective methods of data management and the production of M.I.
Supporting the Operations and Account Management Teams with (but not limited to) ad hoc reporting as required, assisting in the development of user applications in relation to project solutions, system updates and testing.
Flexibility: to perform other duties, as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and to meet the needs of the business - a 'Can Do' attitude is a must!
