The Just Recruitment Group are pleased to be working alongside a growing construction company who are currently seeking to recruit an Office Coordinator on a fixed term maternity cover basis to support the operational efficiency of their operations division by providing professional, administration support.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will need to be a driven and analytical team player with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Communicating with many internal and external clients, you must have a proven record of building and maintaining good working relationships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating written quotes
  • Updating and cross referencing trackers
  • Invoicing works
  • Processing payroll information
  • Be the main point of contact in the office
  • Incorporating a variety of administration

Essential Criteria:

  • Administrative experience within an office based environment
  • Process orientated, with experience in maintaining and supporting the implementation of new processes
  • Experience of confidently and professionally dealing with internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and oral command of the English language
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
  • PC literate including excel, word, power-point and outlook

  • Qualified or trained in a business administration related discipline
