Project Finance Administrator

£18,000 to £24,000 Per Annum

The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Project Finance Administrator for a growing company based outside Ipswich. 

Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, the role requires someone with an analytical mindset whereby attention to detail, cross referencing and the ability to prioritise are a given. 

Duties include:

  • Providing quotations
  • Scheduling works 
  • Updating and amending spreadsheets
  • Updating Excel & Word 
  • Assisting with queries 
  • Updating in house database 
  • Supporting the contract manager 

The successful candidate will need to be able to work on their own initiative and be accountable for their work, this will require keeping up-to-date with the success of works to allow the costings of the projects to be balanced and accounted for.
