The Just Group is recruiting for a Receptionist/ Switchboard office Administrator to join their clients team. 

Our client is a leader within the construction industry - Working within a busy team orientated Sales Department the position will play a vital role in promoting the image and ethos of the business being the first point of contact via the telephone and in meeting/greeting visitors. Combining administrative duties the ideal candidate should be organised and confident with the ability to multitask. 

Duties include: 

• Meeting and greeting visitors 
• Switchboard operation 
• Message taking for internal and external personnel 
• Liaison with suppliers and field personnel 
• Distribution of incoming faxes and emails 
• Email and facsimile distribution 
• Creation and checking of invoices/credits 
• Checking haulier invoices and elevating queries 
• Scanning and filing 
• Preparation of post 
• Ad hoc administrative tasks 
• Computer generated tasks 

Key skills/qualifications/criteria: 

• Proven Switchboard operator 
• Articulate and confident communicator both written and verbal mediums 
• Ability to deal with a diverse range of personalities 
• Professional, personable and adaptable approach 
• Sound Administrative experience 
• Excellent organisational abilities 
• High degree of accuracy 
• Team player – ‘muck in’ attitude 
• Computer literacy
