Are you a confident, organised and adaptable administrator? Do you have experience working in a busy team, processing orders and providing excellent customer service? We have a great opportunity for you! 

The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client, a leading and rapidly growing company based in the Essex area. 

Working as part of social, team-oriented environment, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, providing an excellent level of service. You will have a passion for winning business through excellent customer service and will enjoy the 
buzz of hitting team targets! 

Some duties will include: 
* Sales administration, assisting with initial enquiry, processing the order and seeing through to delivery 
* Providing high levels of product information to customers, working with customers to find the perfect products that suits their needs 
* Responding to customer email enquiries, handling inbound calls and assisting with order queries 
* Preparing quotations, following up on quotations by email and telephone 
* Processing sales orders, acting as a liaison between customers and suppliers / graphic designers, processing purchase orders with suppliers, making sure all orders are proofed and dispatched on time and all invoices are paid 

You will have: 
* Speed, accuracy and excellent attention to detail 
* Excellent telephone manner, communication and writing skills (Good grammar and 
* Experience in customer service and order processing 
moving environment. 
* Quick learner 
* Proven ability to up-sell 
* Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
