The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting Sales Administrators for our client, a rapidly growing, well established promotional company based in the Essex area.

The successful applicant will be a confident communicator, have excellent customer service and organisational skills. You must be able to manage a busy and varied workload and be able to prioritise your work. Being a team player is also key! 

Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable however not essential. 

Some duties will include: 
* Supporting any member of the Sales team as they produce written customer quotations 
* Updating product information including pricing, details, images etc. 
* Providing day to day administration and support to the Sales department 
* Creating standard quotations for enquiries 
* Liaising with suppliers for product information, quotes and the processing/ progressing of orders. 
* Arranging artwork through the internal Artwork department or liaising with external agencies 

You must be computer literature and ideally have experience using in-house databases or processing orders.
