The role will include:
• Responsibility for all compliance;
• Supporting 4 Recruitment consultants;
• Pre-registering and qualifying potential candidates;
• Advertising roles online;
• Sourcing candidates using our online job boards;
• Updating and maintaining CRM system;
• Taking up references via telephone and email.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Great telephone manner;
• Good communication skills;
• The ability to work in a team;
• The drive to provide a great service to both candidates and clients.
