The Just Recruitment Group is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our client based in Sawston. 

Our client is a well respected and growing business, with opportunities for the right people to progress within the company. 

Main objectives of the role: 

  • To deliver an efficient support function to field-based engineers and their workload. 
  • Provide support services for interaction between internal and external customers and service providers. 
  • To operate and maintain the scheduling system. 
  • Preparation of the daily schedules sent to Field Team employees. 
  • The timely and accurate input and dispatch of reactive work. 
  • Utilisation of resource in most efficient manner. 
  • The scheduling point of contact for all Engineers and clients. 
  • Reviewing and updating schedules. 
  • Identification and reporting of free space in schedules. 
  • Run scheduling system for planned work, dispatch tasks and work bundles to available resource. 

Experience Required: 

  • Strong geographical skills. 
  • You will have full training on in house systems but must possess precious office experience ideally in a similar role and you will be using MS Office alongside bespoke systems. 
  • This can be a pressurised job and you will at times have to think quickly in order to get staff out for emergency calls, and also have to keep the field engineers organised, whilst also communicating progress with customers where necessary. 

Start: ASAP 
Location: Sawston, Cambridgeshire 
Hours: 6am-4pm, 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm — 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (8am-12pm) 
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 negotiable
