The Just Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity with a fantastic company based on the outskirts of Haverhill, seeking a full time, permanent Technical Customer Service Advisor.
Our client is a very successful, stable business and well respected company, looking to add to their team in line with the growth of the business.
The post holder will be responsible for providing friendly, fair and expedient service to our clients customers, key tasks as follows:
- Respond to inquiries/claims by phone, email and post
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Process customer return orders and replacement shipments
- Report issues from the UK market on a monthly basis to the Claims Manager
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced in providing high levels of customer service
- Has the ability to relay technical information clearly and concisely
- Excellent time keeper who is able to prioritize and busy workload
- Strong team player with the ability to also work individually
- Can remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, accurate and proactive
In return our client offers a very competitive salary in the region of £18000-£21000 plus an excellent benefit package.
