The Just Recruitment Group are seeking 2 x Telesales Executives for our client who are a small but very successful family run business based on the outskirts of Haverhill.

• Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
• Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
• Upsell customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services
• Explain product pricing and negotiate bulk or package pricing
• Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
• Processes credit card payments and troubleshoots any issues that may arise
• Maintain a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
• Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
• Monitor order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner
• Investigate unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolves customer issues as necessary
• Maintain working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult questions in a calm manner
• Able to work independently as well as within a small team
• Capable of working in a pressurised environment
• Flexible in your approach to work
• Excellent communicator
In return our client will offer a competitive salary between £18000-£25000 per annum + OTE
Our client operates Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, allows 20 days holiday + bank holiday and government standard pension. There is also the option to work flexible hours with the part time being an option.
