The Just Recruitment Group Ltd are currently recruiting for a Works Order Administrator for their client based in Braintree, Essex.
Role will involve supporting the Work Shop Engineers and assisting in the creation of a new administration process for the completion of job pack data using Excel and in-house software.
Duties will include:
• Accurate computing of all data
• Actively work as part of the team within the shop floor, liaising with and working closely with technicians
• Ensuring that all data is processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Process technicians timesheets and enter data into the in- house computer system, including all holiday and sickness
• Inputting requirements for works orders into Excel and printing job pack
• Allocate the relevant parts for a particular job
• Creation of repair reports
• Review and become familiar with current workshop processes and systems
Suitable applicants will need to have strong attention to detail and accurate data input skills.
Monday to Thursday 7.55 – 16.45, Finish at 4.00 pm on Friday
