Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a company based in Tiverton, Devon.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday on a rota basis, 8.00am to 4.00pm / 9.00am to 5.00pm (35 hour week).
You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and will be processing orders as well as fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will involve working with a dedicated team on either the UK or International Markets, ensuring the successful delivery of key business objectives to the Service Level Agreements.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing quotations and orders.
- Liaising with Customers and Field Sales Team in relation to orders and queries.
- Handling customer issues or complaints.
- Taking customer calls.
- Assisting during occasional customer visits for Key Accounts.
- Generating reports in relation to service level agreements.
- Keeping Customer Relations Management system up-to-date.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills including; interpersonal, verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong I.T. skills including MS Office.
- Previous experience working in a customer service role is desirable.
