As a company committed to Employee engagement, our regular company meetings are a great opportunity to keep staff up to date with how the company is performing.
Our latest meeting allowed us to review the company’s results for the first 6 months and share our plans for the coming months. We looked at every KPI we use to measure Just’s performance and all of them were very positive.
So far this year we have found work for over 1,000 individuals. The number of Temporary workers we have on assignments is up year on year. Importantly, we continue to grow our profitability. We announced how we will share that growth with staff; in the form of increased commission, bonus payments and benefits.
The second half of the year will see us build on this stable platform. Plans for our new Ipswich office are well under way and the team will be re-located by the end of the summer. Our new Voluntary Benefits package for our staff and temporary workers will be rolled out in August.
We are looking forward to a record year of success for the company and, therefore, a great year for every member of the team.
The meeting was also an opportunity to recognise those individuals and teams that have gone the extra mile and exceeded their targets. Congratulations to Bridie and Tracey for smashing their targets. To the Haverhill team for an incredible 6 months growth on their Temp desk. And, finally, to the Sudbury industrial team who grew their Temp hours by 61,000 in the first half of the year!
While it is important to share the objective metrics and results, the meeting is also an opportunity for staff from all of the branches to share ideas and, possibly, some gossip!
Overall a great evening with a great team of people.
