Just Recruitment is recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of a company based in Haverhill.
The Account Manager is responsible for generating sales whilst maximising profits and delivering a high level of customer service. The Account Manager will also need to monitor the performance of all assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Quote customers within the Companies two-hour KPI deadline or agreed customer deadline.
- Follow up quotes to maximise opportunities.
- Work to maximise company profits.
- Process customer orders into the company’s software system with a high level of accuracy ensuring all company processes are being followed.
- Communicate with customers through phone and email in a professional manner.
- Enter all orders onto the production schedules, updating order progress to clients on request.
- Liaise with other departments such as production, artwork and purchasing.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Computer skills including Outlook and Excel and ideally with CRM software or similar.
- Flexible in learning and tasks.
- Ability to work either within a team or alone effectively.
- Able to communicate verbally, by email and by telephone between departments.
