Just Recruitment is supporting a growing organisation - based on the outskirts of Colchester, that are looking to add an Accounts Administrator to its team.

Please note - due to company location, you must have access to your own transport.

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Accounts Team - supporting with the day-to-day finance based tasks, assisting with all admin based duties and completing basic HR tasks.

Your key duties will include:

  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Processing invoices
  • Basic credit control

To be considered for this role - you must have proven accounts based experience and a working knowledge of Sage50 would be advantageous. You will also be willing to learn company processes and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team, offering further training and free parking is available on site.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm - please note this is an office-based role.
