The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator for their client based in Great Dunmow.

Role Purpose

Working within the Billing Team and reporting to the Billing Team Leader you will be responsible for accurately processing, pricing and preparing the monthly applications and ensuring they are submitted to our customers within the specified timescales. Where necessary, liaise with other departments to clarify information and resolve accounts queries.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:

  • Accurately processing and pricing of the weekly record vouchers against quotations, price lists and commercial agreements
  • Submitting applications and supporting documentation within the set timescales
  • Updating internal systems
  • Calculating plant hire charges
  • Processing final account agreements
  • Setting up new projects
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email
  • Investigating customer account queries and preparing the relevant information and supporting documentation
  • Adhere to and support the company’s credit control policy when responding to customers
  • Ensure all written communication is accurate, appropriate and of a high standard
  • Prepare management information
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist in strengthening customer relations

Skills and Experience

  • Must have an excellent telephone manner and strong communications skills
  • Previous administration experience with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong numerical and excellent written skills
  • Able to prioritise work, remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Being a confident, polite, tactful and discreet individual who is self-motivated and approachable
  • Skills in MS Office packages
