Our client a well-regarded Financial Services organisation, is currently seeking to expand further and find individuals to join their team as specialist administrators. 

The role will involve working with a highly motivated team of individuals who take great pride in the success that they achieve. 

An important element of the role will involve working with customers and clients - ensuring a great service is provided. This is an exciting career step offering the opportunity to progress forward in the future. 

Key duties: 

  • Assisting clients through the financial process and obtaining correct documentation. 
  • Ensuring the client is happy to commence with all services offered. 
  • Updating clients, customers and colleagues regularly. 
  • Maximise the number of service acceptances each month. 
  • Working towards meeting business and individual target.

Working hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm - they are offering a competitive basic salary of £20,000 - with the opportunity to gain a company/performance related bonus - up to £25k.
