Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Colchester!

They are looking for someone to be the first point of contact for Customer Enquiries, Orders and Queries and to provide efficient and effective Customer Service, understanding customer’s needs and requirements with the aim to provide a successful outcome.

This position offers full training with a chance to progress!

Job Duties:

  • Communicate with customers via email and telephone.
  • Relationship building with customers.
  • Process Orders along with Customer Requests.
  • Acquire and assess information to handle product enquiries and Customer Orders.
  • Reply quickly to customer enquiries and follow up at a time agreed with the customer.
  • Organise and prioritise workflow to meet customer timeframes.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/queries.
  • Administrative tasks when needed.
  • Work alongside other departments.
  • Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude towards customers and other team members, recognising the importance and benefits of effective team working.
  • Represent the company values in all that you do showing a positive can-do attitude in a friendly and professional manner.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
