Our client is a seeking a Customer Service / Marketing Executive to join their fast growing E-Commerce company who specialise in baby products, based in Woodbridge near Ipswich.

Duties include: 

  • Responding to customer aftercare queries within 1 business day. 
  • Managing customer expectations. 
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all our customers. 
  • Writing and editing product descriptions, product reviews and website blog posts.
  • Social Media ideas and postings. 

Key Skills: 

  • Ability to discern what is important. 
  • Ability to resolve issues professionally with concise solutions. 
  • Ability to adapt from writing replies to customers to fun and friendly social media posts. 
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills. 
  • Strong project management skills and a high level of organisation. 
  • Diligent with high attention to detail in approach to tasks. 
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.

Hours will be weekdays 0730-1730 with flexibility to work weekends.
