The Just Recruitment Group is currently looking for a Customer Services Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract.

General duties:

  • Dealing with customers over the telephone
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Order Processing
  • Vetting orders sent by email or fax
  • Using spreadsheets and a computerised diary
  • Liaising with transport to book in site deliveries

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have excellent communication skills
  • Be Organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
