Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded organisation based on the outskirts of Colchester.

This is a Sales Development Administration role initially supporting the field based Accounts Managers, working closely with them completing weekly, monthly reports, data input of weekly sales figures.

Building and maintaining relationships between the Company and established clients, working to achieve monthly targets, ensuring to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

The role will extend to supporting the Business Development Director, when an appointment is made.

Key tasks:
Admin tasks – Development

  • Embrace company values and promote them effectively at all times
  • Input number of leads and number of appointments
  • Submission of monthly TW Data-point input written figures
  • Submission of monthly TW Data-point HTB input
  • Weekly pickups inputting weekly sales data
  • Updating daily CRM system
  • Producing weekly reports
  • Maintaining e-mail distribution lists
  • Maintain/update key personnel
  • Schedule weekly outbound calls on a monthly rolling basis
  • Provide support calls to accounts as instructed
  • Monitoring stock levels of literature and placing orders when required
  • Researching and ordering of marketing material alongside Account Managers
  • Marketing e-mails to sites

  • Work well in a managed environment

Hours of work – 40 hours per week.
Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 6.00pm.
Availability for evening entertaining when required.

Salary:

Basic £20,000 with the Bonus to be discussed at interview.
