Just Recruitment are working alongside a successful, nationwide insurance provider. They are currently looking for a New Business - Insurance Consultant.

Our client is ideally looking for somebody from an Insurance background but this is not essential. Someone with an outgoing, positive attitude, with strong sales experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prospect, select and sell General Insurance products to target customers that are designed to meet their long term needs, are compliant with sales quality and advice standards and regulatory requirements, to meet personal and Agency targets
  • Review and advise upon customer general insurance requirements
  • Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities and activities to new and existing customers
  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers, all members of Agency and other staff members.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience of face-to-face sales, achievement of results in a targeted environment and the meeting of Training and Competence requirements
  • Competent in using office and sales support systems.
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. This may include writing to customers such as post call letters
  • Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
  • Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care and diligence
