The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Part Time Finance / HR & Payroll Support Administrator for their client based in Dunmow, Essex.
Please note that the company can support school hours - 15 hours per week Tues, Wed, Thurs 9.30 – 2.30
Role will involve providing administrative support to the HR Manager in the preparation of:
- Monthly payroll service using Sage Payroll for 75 staff to ensure payment in a timely manner.
- HR Administration.
- Ensuring all employee induction information is received.
- Setting up new employees on HR System.
- Updating company organisational chart when required.
- Attending disciplinary and grievance hearings as minute taker, typing up minutes.
- Maintaining and updating personnel records, ensuring they are kept secure at all times, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Policy.
- Collating training budgets from Line Managers and updating training & development plans for all staff.
