Reporting to the Stores Manager you will be responsible for the preparation, picking and packing of orders for delivery within the UK and for global export.

You must have the following attributes and skills:

• Forklift licence, ideally both Bendi and Counterbalance.
• Ability to correctly pack and label goods prior to despatch.
• Assist in the day-to-day handling and despatching of orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and well-organised warehouse.

Hours of employment:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 with 1 hour lunch break.

Daily duties will be aligned with the company's operational needs for the appropriate raw materials to be available at its point of use as scheduled by production.

Duties will include:

• Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will lead the Warehouse Team to ensure the daily workload is facilitated in a safe, efficient and correct manner
• Picking and packing, ensuring processes are adhered to at all times
• Loading full truck loads in line with the despatch plan
• Booking transport
• Ensuring inbound deliveries are unloaded in a safe and efficient manner, completing all relevant paperwork
• Ensuring all daily safety checks are completed in line with schedules

Skills:

Just Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics organisation (based on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds) that is looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to its existing team.

The key purpose of this role is to help lead the warehouse teams to deliver the operational service required by customers and the senior management team.

Working hours are rotating shifts 06.00 to 14.30, 14.00 to 22.30.

2 weekends in 4, with Thursday and Friday off when working the weekends.

Due to the location of the business, you must have access to your own transport.

Duties include:

• Putting away products efficiently
• Picking products as per customer specifications
