Are you confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel?

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/PA to join our every growing client based in Maldon.

Some reception duties include:

  • Manning the switchboard
  • Greeting visitors
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Organising refreshments/lunch for visitors
  • Keeping reception clean and tidy
  • Dealing with post
  • Ordering office supplies/stationery
  • Organising cars/taxis
  • General office duties including copying, printing, scanning & filing
  • Any other reasonable task required

Some PA duties include:

  • Arranging travel and hotels
  • Diary management
  • Meeting preparation
  • Typing up of minutes
  • Organising office events and conference calls

You must have Maths & English GCSE grade A-C.

Skills required:

  • Proof reading & accuracy

This is a full-time, permanent position paying £23,000 - £25,000. Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 with an hours lunch break.
