Just Recruitment is looking for a Sales Administrator (12 Month Maternity Cover) based in Colchester.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Administrator, providing support to the Sales & Marketing team and the worldwide customer base. There are also opportunities to assist other departments where required, so you must be flexible, willing to learn and a good all-rounder.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with customers, mainly via e-mail.
  • Arranging shipments of orders to customers with dispatch department.
  • Booking couriers/freight forwarders.
  • Importing/exporting products through customs & obtaining correct paperwork.

Skills /experience:

  • Must be computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Database entry experience preferred.
  • Good attention to detail.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
