Duties include:

  • Processing orders
  • Making outbound calls to clients to confirm and take orders
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships through monthly phone calls
  • Taking incoming orders and enquiries
  • Speaking with suppliers to find cost prices and quoting customers

Required skills:

  • Sage
  • Confident phone user
  • Admin and Customer Service experience
  • Good attention to detail
