Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a company based near Maldon.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly (re-route/take messages as appropriate).
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of products to assist with customer interaction.
- Use Sage 200 to provide customers with stock information, lead times and pricing.
- Entering of sales orders received via phone/email/web.
- Assist the sales team with samples, general office filing, and post.
Due to location, you will need to drive.
You will have:
- Background experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales and purchase order input and processing.
- Ability to manage customer queries concerning products/deliveries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Good customer service skills.
- Confident and a team player.
- Experience in using Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of Sage 200.
Hours of employment:
- Monday - Friday.
- 09.00 – 17.00 (7 hour day with 1-hour lunch break).
- 28 paid holiday/year (includes Public Holidays).
