Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a company based near Maldon.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly (re-route/take messages as appropriate).
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of products to assist with customer interaction.
  • Use Sage 200 to provide customers with stock information, lead times and pricing.
  • Entering of sales orders received via phone/email/web.
  • Assist the sales team with samples, general office filing, and post.

Due to location, you will need to drive.

You will have:

  • Background experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and purchase order input and processing.
  • Ability to manage customer queries concerning products/deliveries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Confident and a team player.
  • Experience in using Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage 200.

Hours of employment:

  • Monday - Friday.
  • 09.00 – 17.00 (7 hour day with 1-hour lunch break).
  • 28 paid holiday/year (includes Public Holidays).
