Just Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Co-ordinator on behalf of an award winning Promotional Products Supplier based in Colchester.
- Answering the telephone.
- Preparing quotations for clients, ensure the quote is received and offer additional services.
- Arranging PDF artwork Visuals and samples.
- Checking order details are correct before processing and check stock levels.
- Confirming deadlines can be met by suppliers.
- Creating electronic and paper files to store client information.
- Entering data accuratley to reflect the status of orders, to ensure smooth processing and to update clients accordingly.
- Sending purchase orders and artwork files to suppliers then confirming order acknowledgments matches the order details.
- Checking artwork proofs before sending to client for their approval.
- Following up with clients once the order has been delivered to ensure they are happy and to help win further orders.
