Just Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator on behalf of a manufacturing company based in Earls Colne.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with paperwork and documentation once an order has been placed
  • Entering the order details onto various spreadsheets
  • Communicating orders and changes of orders to the production department


  • Previous Data Entry experience
  • Excellent attention to detail as order details must be 100% accurate
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with both customers and other departments within the company
  • Previous experience and confident in using Microsoft Excel


  • A-level or equivalent

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch

Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm

21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
