The Just Recruitment Group is supporting a very lucrative client from the Engineering sector located in Saffron Walden. They have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Office Manager to join their prestigious team.
- Performance management, informal reviews and formal annual appraisals with direct reports
- Ensuring shipments are in compliance with packing specifications and required dates
- Providing the highest possible level of customer service
- Managing team against forthcoming and current workload
- Managing and resolving complex customer requests, complaints or escalations, and ensure corrective action is identified and embedded within processes.
- Reporting on performance metrics to management
- Identifying areas for improvement and drive improvement initiatives

- Experience of managing a team in a sales support environment
- Qualifications in Export Process and Procedures
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proven experience of implementing change and improving processes
The ideal candidate will be a strong, confident person who is able to lead a team. Deal with objections and able to push the company forward.
Salary £30,000- £35,000 plus company benefits and superb working hours.
