Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Progressor on behalf of a well-established property company based in Colchester.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion of all properties purchased by way of a Part Exchange or an Assisted Sale transaction.

Required knowledge, skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience of either estate agency or the new homes market will be necessary.
- You will possess a proven track record in the sales and customer service industry and have the determination to meet and exceed target’s set. The ability to work towards your own targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team.
- Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding Communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format, and be able to accurately assess information under pressure.
- You will need to be Accurate, numerate and highly computer literate, a highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes.
