Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded, award-winning, manufacturing business on the outskirts of Sudbury. The company is looking to add a Senior Administrator/Office Manager to their long-standing team.
This position will involve managing a team of four administrators. You will be responsible for maintaining customer databases, preparing order confirmations, creating work files in Excel and maintaining direct contact with customers. You will also assist with accounts including invoicing if required, as well as other office-based duties.
This position requires enthusiasm, good management skills, a calm and organised manner and a strong ability to multi-task.
Must be computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Please note this role is full-time - working 8am to 5pm.
£11.00 - £11.50 per hour depending on experience, 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
