Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded, award-winning, manufacturing business on the outskirts of Sudbury. The company is looking to add a Senior Administrator/Office Manager to their long-standing team.

This position will involve managing a team of four administrators. You will be responsible for maintaining customer databases, preparing order confirmations, creating work files in Excel and maintaining direct contact with customers. You will also assist with accounts including invoicing if required, as well as other office-based duties.

This position requires enthusiasm, good management skills, a calm and organised manner and a strong ability to multi-task.

Must be computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Please note this role is full-time - working 8am to 5pm.

Key duties:

  • Manage a team of four administrators
  • Prepare order confirmations
  • Process order confirmations through various excel programmes
  • Responding to customer enquiries and orders
  • Arranging of couriers
  • Produce work instructions
  • Answering phone calls and making calls to customers
  • Studying large customers supplier manuals and making sure all relevant points are highlighted to each department and actioned
  • Maintaining various Excel spreadsheets
  • Making sure e-commerce orders are dispatched on time and updating customer with shipping information
  • Assisting accounts with invoicing if required
  • All other associated office-based duties

Key attributes:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, attention to detail, good management skills, accuracy, good telephone manner and reliable

£11.00 - £11.50 per hour depending on experience, 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
