We are currently looking for a Telesales Lead Generator to join our busy client based in Great Bardfield,Essex.
Your Objective is to achieve a combination of KPI based targets that carry a weighting to both revenue and quality. You will be expected to achieve on a consistent and ongoing basis. Your daily plan will include, prospect identification, validation, appointment setting and quality control.
Ideally we are looking for following skills:
- Researching and identifying potential customers and key decision makers – using all upto date method such as web, social media and phone based
- Strong knowledge of computers, internet research and using Microsoft Office and sales CRM software
- Good business skills
- Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people
- The ability to take responsibility and handle pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow and to give clear instructions
- Methodical and well organised
- Display good logic skills and common sense
- Commercial awareness for work with corporate clients – an understanding of questioning techniques and active listening skills
- Excellent people skills and a friendly manner – the ability to engage with people on all levels
- Good timekeeping, reliable and determined
- Able to work to target and set KPI's
- Most critically a passion for success and a determination to build a career as part of a successful team.
The Sales Lead Generator role is a full time role, salary starting from £19,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission and annual bonus.
